ok...it may not be as simple as all this..but I got one of our dirges to duel me.....watched my stats while he cast Zanders on me. his is 490 and indeed my magic resist did drop by 490....so....in the imortal words of SOE... "This spell is working as intended..."

but for this debuff.... it IS a debuff... never checked , just asumed, that it stacks with our mental debuff (anyone know for sure? will check tonight )... if so.. its like a mental only dispatch... damn neer 3k ( dont quote me i dont memorise this shit )mental debuff by the time it all hits.... enchanters rejoice and it dont hurt our own dps either
