Alright...talkin with my Dirgie, he says Zanders is still broke. seems to work fine on my end. is it? granted the reduction is small but any reduction can help.....although....

reduction vs power cost? hmm anyone use this spell or is it just me.

Ya know i wish i could get a definitive answer here. One day i here it is fixed the next still broken even the thread you linked they seemed to go back and forth a lot. So whats the best method of testing- before and after dots ? duel and check stats or what exactly ?

It works, but the spell still sucks.

For a dirge, best way to test it is to use Zander's then cast Banshee since it's a static DoT.

I think your only static DoT is Kian's but it debuffs wisdom so it won't work.

Checked Kian's damage after it was up together with 2k mental debuff, added zanders, more damage. Seems to work. Could have sworn it didn't work when it was said to have been fixed :P

edit:

I cast Kian's, then the mental debuff, watched it a few ticks, same damage and then applied Zanders.

I see one problem with using Kians to test the debuff...... zanders is a magic debuff....kians is mental damage. wouldn't it be better to find someone with magic damage dot?
