If they don't state it as their rules that all looted masters belong to guild, and they kick you, it's not really fair.

Well, if it was a big master spell for like a guardian, wizard, necro, and the guy knew he could sell it for a big chunk of plat, only to turn around and buy a few masters for himself, then I can see where he's coming from. Dunno where Chosen Few is at raiding level-wise, but there's a difference in being in a casual-family style of guild that maybe tries to raid 1x a week, vs. being in a raiding guild that raids RoK 5x a week.

If it isn't in the guild charter then it isn't a rule of teh guild, and guild charter should be public to all members and should contain everything so when shit hits teh fan all you have to do is go to teh guild charter and say "hey fuckheads its in writing!" Not that i've done that before or anything... ><

They raid once, maybe twice a week. I didn't come here looking for simpathy. I just wanted to warn any potential future members about the inner workings of CF. If Fixwhatailsya doesn't get his way, shit usually hits the fan, even if a majority of the guild disagrees with him.

As for not helping the guild. What's the point of helping the guild when every other raid is a completely different raid setup. The people who were there last week, aren't here this week. I'm not going to help members who only put in 50%, I'm sorry...I just won't. I understand that's how casual guilds work, but a casual guild shouldn't expect me to give up my pug winnings.

The master could have went to a great tank, Maug...however, at the time of winning the master, I had around 40g to my name. I felt my need for money, to upgrade my own spells and gear, was more important than a single spell of his to go from Adept 3 to M1. It wasn't even a taunt for that matter.

Yeah, I may have said a few smart things in guild chat concerning it, but I'm not going to let some punk like Fixwhatailsya walk all over me, and he knew it.
