Trust me, when I see a level 4 toon, or anyone for that matter, ghost warp hacking near me, I know it. I can read it server side. Seems odd that every single one of them I see, after sending them a tell, they don't respond. When I mention hacker or petition they log off. They (usually) aren't guilded and many times it's a very low level toon in a very high level zone.
Problem is, it seems the GM's can't read things from client side either. I mean I've reported people after seeing them ghost-warp-hack-whatever you want to call it, through this zone and through JW. My response from the GM says that they would need to witness it themselves and Thanks for reporting this issue! If you continue to have problems please report again!
Maybe if they could respond to a petition within an hour or so they could come witness it.
So apperently they can't go back and review logs to see someone doing this. Although it should be pretty damn clear what a level 4 toon is doing in these zones. If they were able to sneak around and get discovery, fine. But if they spend hours on end, in zones almost by themselves (so they obviously aren't following a group around) and harvesting hundreds of shinies, there's obviously something going wrong. But the GM's don't seem to care or, even if they did care, seem to have the ability to track it, even on the client side. So after reporting a few times and getting crap responses about how they can't do anything, yet want me to waste my time to report again, I've given up, and just turn my head the other way when I see em hacking by. They've won.
