I agree Lizerd, the good players we have lost since ROK went live is mindnumbing. We have lost 14 of our raiders from last tier, not counting the few people we have denied. The key thing is keep picking up quality recruits and turning out the results. Since we got we got the first avatar in ROK, we have been flooded with recruiting inquiries. Good luck Revelations, I hope you guys survive, as it sucks to watch top guilds collapse

Meh, Meridian, there will always be fluctuations.

We're still keeping tier 2 and 3 on farm and once we kill Druushk, the mythicals will flood in and things will look up.

It is hard to find quality players from the previous tier.. Most of them are either guilded and happy or pissed at sony and /rage quit.. So you look for the diamonds in the rough.. Sometimes you end up with a polished turd though.. i try to throw those back...

True that. But we've lost more than that since EoF. Our 2 guild leaders Keedeo and Halroth to name a couple more. But how many of those key players in EoF were this guilds key players in any previous expansions? exactly. I understand the guild isn't that old and may not have seen much before EoF, but that's sorta my point too. That is, things change. This guild has done nothing BUT change over a few good people every few months, atleast since I've been here (april 07).

It's worse than pro sports with free agency! People move on to different guilds for whatever reason, plus we have to deal with people just up and quitting. All we can do is try to get good people in and hope they stick around. If we can't bring in the good players as fast or faster than they leave, sure we could go belly up, just like anyone else. I think theres a few people gonna try warhammer, but I seriously doubt that we'd die, atleast for this reason alone.
