/correction $100.00 and you didnt come to 5R because of our ego trip. You came till something better opened up for ya, you can be honest. Stryph at least admitted he used 5R to do the same.

as for owning the server, well - shit happens and we sucked it up, at least we were #2 for a short while. but that feels like years ago and it was fun while it lasted.

now im gonna make a bold claim - 5R was the reason reve almost died!!! lol, we couldnt push them any longer and if it wasnt for ascendant rising to the top, they might never have woken up.

and finally i had a lot of fun in 5R, wouldnt change any of it, met a lot of good people that have moved on and wish them the best, had a lot of laughs in flames here too. spring is here and gonna become a back seat driver for awhile and see how eq2 shakes out. good luck to all of unrest friend and foe.

Any guild who is progessing, Ash. For the game to be fun doesnt mean it has to be a group of people who are raping VP. Almost any guild that can accomplish something in game that is a progression.

SONY put out 2 quality expansions in my opinion when comparing them to their efforts in the past to include EQ1. Racing thru them to the end game leaves quite a gap between something getting old, and the release of a new expansion. I can sympathize with the boredom there from my experiences in EQ1. However, there are still guilds and other players who have yet to see everything and each step they take is fun. Its the same story in just about all MMORPG's. Long years playing, being in a top guild, racing thru content, and then.....Im bored, the game sucks, not enough content, etc. I just dont see enough players from non top guilds making those same statements.

Mephiston went to 5r because of a few reasons:

1) The %R / Vendetta merger didn't happen, due to Nixen
2) He was cybering half of the %r chics
3) He asked me point blank if I cared - I didn't

People can say what they want about Meph, but that guy is one of the most straight up people I have known in this game. He was point blank and just pretty much told you the truth, unlike 95% of other people in the game.

At the end of Vendetta, I sent numerous kick ass players tells saying that I would try to get them into any guild they wanted if they wanted me to try. A few took my offer and I tried to get them into the guild they wanted.

i think it was mainly one chick and if she wasnt in 5r i doubt he would have came.

and i was never privy to any of those discussions back then. but meph was honest when he left 5r, saying he was moving on to npu and which is why i said 5r was a most likely temp guild for him.
