That's is incorrect sir. %R is from when they were boasting about how they got such and such raid mob in EoF to a certain percentage. They were then laughed at that they were posting on the progression thread boasting about the % instead of killing it.

Mocking a failed raiding guild that has killed more than the raiding guild you are currently in. That is quaint.
