Our guild, Arcane Sanctum, has had a couple very nice smaller guilds merge in to our guild in the past. These merges have been some of the best things to happen to our guild. It has brought friends who formed tight bonds in other guilds together with new friends in our guild to form more of the same tight bonds.

If your guild has some players that really like to play but just not enough of you are online to meet on a regular basis then you may want to check us out. I know the thought of merging sounds like you may lose your guilds spirit and identity. But maybe if our guilds values are close enough to your guilds values you might feel the same with us that you do now and have the benefit of more members online together to form up groups and have more fun.

I am not talking about splitting your guild up or stealing your members. I am talking about gathering what you have left of your struggling guild to make a decission together to see if this avenue may work for you all.

Check out our guild charter and policies at our web page. Hang out with our guildies in group to get a feel for us. If our guild doesn't sound great to you, then I wish you the best with your current guild. I know struggling to get enough members on to play together is very rough.

Meh, not necesarrily true, Nascenent. I remember in the very early days of the server, the guild I was in, crimson twilight, actually merged with a couple of guilds along the way. This was before DoF even.

Sometimes it happens that a small, casual guild wants to raid, but doesn't want to lose their members one by one, and so decides to merge and give it a go. Nightcap itself started out as nothing more than a late night chat channel hosting pick up raids during DoF. I wish you all the best of luck, and if you ever need any strats, tips, or hints, feel free to ask me . I am not the uberest, but I'll give what advice I can
