2) PC Wise, how hardcore does your rig need to be?

its not super ram demanding like eq2, but moreso on the cpu/graphics card front. you need a newer generation card that has good shaders (geforce 8xxx series minimum) if you want it to run with good frame rates. below that you can make it work but, it will have slow downs.

If you preordered, May 14th, today you can start downloading for early access. May 17th early access begins. May 20th the games ship and goes live.

I saw some recommended specs of at least 2.4 duo core processors. 2 gigs of memory and some of the 8800 cards.

I am running a 2.66 duo core, 4 gigs of memory and 2 8800 gt's in sli. I maxxed all settings out, particles, distance, AA, and get a steady 70-80 fps. dips to about 40-50ish in some extreme combat shit.

Lorak and I were talking, if you Interested in joining me and him, Cyvan, Celer and all you other bastards that I talked to PM me for contact info with my AIM or MSN or something and Ill fill you in. We can get together and decide what we want to do and all of that jazz. Thats if you want to play with some gimp ass bitches. We were planing on starting a guild to just level for now and then decide which direction we want to go. Let me know PM and Ill talk to ya bitches.

i get about 30-55fps . usually in the 40's but in combat it dips down. i play around low/medium. shadows seem to hit my framerates the hardest but textures and distance are fine.
