For a long time now, the group of friends that I have gamed with for 8+ years now and I have decided that trying to recruit good raid players is not working out for us. We had wanted to manage a guild in EQ2 as we have done in past games. Recruiting on Unrest has not gone so well in that regard.
About 8 of us are looking to join another guild for the sole purpose of raiding on a semi-casual schedule (once or twice a week).
Most likely we are looking at a Guardian, Defiler, Fury, Wizard, Dirge, Necromancer, Troubadour, and Warlock. There may also be a few others interested as well.
Our main concerns are personalities and play styles matching up, raid schedules working out, an established well running guild leadership staff, and an all around desire to just have fun while taking on the raiding challenges presented in EQ2.
It will be very hard to detag from a guild that we all created in Nov of 2004 so these concerns are very important to us. If you think your guild would fit these things and would like to discuss further, please contact me in game on Feignz or here in this thread.
