Unresters looking to raid, please read.
Our guild struggles with recruitment and maintaining a raid force. We want to raid once or twice a week. But we just can't keep it going. We have a spurt here and there, but nothing that has stuck so far. Our level 80 force has dwindled to a single group of daily players.
We have the guild policies in place, raid experience, seasoned leadership, and a family spirit. Those that are playing love to play together. We love to welcome new members to our guild with the hopes of having fun together. We want more out of the game that successful raiding will bring.
Lately, I have seen a few other guilds that could be described very similar to ours begin to seek homes with other guilds. I guess that is the story on Unrest these days. Even with some of the end game guilds as I understand it. I hope those guilds will read this post and consider joining us.
But no matter how the flow goes, my wife and I love to play the game. We would play it even if we were the last two left on the server. I believe that there are others out there that feel the same way. Groups of like minded friends, not just solo players.
But there aren't enough of us out there to readily find eachother. If you feel the same way about the game that we do, then I urge you look me up in game and let's chat.
I strongly believe that in time, even with the woes of recruiting on Unrest, that in time we can build a guild that won't dwindle away. A guild full of members that all love EQ2 for what it is and want to play it together for a long time to come.
Our guild isn't ready to start raiding again yet. But I would love to see it get back there. I know that we have a crew of fairly inactive players already within the guild itching to come back when the ball gets rolling again.
We are hoping to recruit any class or any level that aspires to build a level 80 pacific time raiding force. We are also looking to have members join that may not be interested in raiding but are looking to group up actively on an almost daily basis.
I hope some of you look me up.
