This is NOT a list purely based on skill of the game! You could be a great player but a douchebag and a lootwhore.

Try to only add players that are level 80 - this rule will barely be enforced as some exceptions are totally worth it (Blackwizard)

RANKING SYSTEM:
Since 3/19/2009 - Every time someone says someone sucks, and they are already on the suck list, they get -1. If someone says that they do not suck, they get +1. Getting to 0 removes you from both lists.
You can NOT go any higher than +1. Why? For more drama of course.
You may have up to -30. If more than 30 people say you suck maybe you should go play WoW.
