RIP Consecrated

Looks like consecrated is calling it quits. Most of the guild leadership quit last night after the guild leader went MIA about a week ago.

I really don't blame any of the current officers and the current leader for things falling apart. We had some problems keeping people on consistently raiding, some just left and others like myself had rl issues come up. Even so, we were consistently farming kos and starting to work our way into eof. (Got the first 2 named in fth. etc.)

Unfortunately Alezara the guild leader at the time was not happy with that progress, he would repeatedly push the guild into Clockwork with no where near enough dps. Usually only with 3 groups, this lead to lots and lots of death, on one night alone we wiped over 15+ times. Of course this led to the guild and its officers, to question why we were trying a zone with not enough people. So instead of taking constructive criticism, he blamed and threated some of the best raiders in the guild and lost even more people. A week after this he went afk and never came back.

Will miss it though enjoyed the raids and the people there.

Can't say im super surprised, I knew from the moment that Alezara told me that Consecrated wasnt going to be focusing on doing dps, that they wouldnt get too far, lawlz. There were some super cool people in that guild, Ebodia, Heca, Kav, Really, and a few others. Alezara enjoyed power too much, straight and simple. And when he bit off more than he could chew, he just dipped out.

I hope some good guilds pick up some of their people

The funniest part of all this shit was when the guild was being founded, me and Tales / Celicos were talking to Alezara about the guild, cause he wanted us to join. (Since Vagabonds went bye bye)

The way he talked the guild up - there were old members of NPU, Dissolution, and other top WW guilds coming back to the game here. He also mentioned how he left his old guild (Paragon on EF I believe) because they used to scream at people during raids, and really tore people apart because of it.

Funny that is what he started doing LOL - the irony....

Oh yeah after me and Tales both talked to Clifton we decided there was no fucking way we would join this guild and started Vendetta with Celer.

So thanks Alezara and Consecrated for helping form Vendetta!

This wasn't a swipe against anyone else, cause there was some kick ass people there

What killed us was Alezara recruited a guild half full of hardcore folks that showed up 95% of the time... and the other half who considered the minimum attendance (50%) good enough. They signed onto a raiding guild with a 4 day a week schedule and 50% attendance and I'll be damned if ppl couldn't even make that weaksauce schedule. This was a issue long before Al zoned us into clockwork that night... and frankly, this would have happened sooner or later regardless.

The whole problem is we had too many "fair weather" players... and to those of us who were promised a hardcore guild, and that we'd be into EOF in 3 weeks, etc... and well almost 5 months later, we were just fucking tired of the bullshit and drama. Some came into this guild needing zero loot from KoS and have been sitting on their thumbs for 5 months gearing casual folks out. So, yes.. those of us who want to seriously raid this game, are gone. I'd rather be looking for a new home (anyone need a website? :P ), or just not play and wait for Warhammer... rather than zone into one more half assed raid again.

He wasn't a terrible leader... but he blew so much smoke up everyone's asses, and sold his guild to players telling them what they wanted to hear in order to fill up the roster. This makes him out to be a complete tool in hindsight.

Oh, and you are quite welcome for the help on formation.

No doubt after talking to that fucktard Clifton, you laughed all the way to the guild registrar.
