I still say no. Open up Free Player Transfers first and see what shakes out. I know many people who have regretted rolling or transferring to Naggy in the past. So, while it isn't going to significantly effect the current Naggy population, it may just balance things out enough that Venekor can continue running as the Casual/RP PvP server without forcing people to go play on Naggy.

Hell, I'd even suggest that they open up PvE --> PvP transfers and vice versa during a free transfer period as well. It would be an infusion of new players to PvP who haven't wanted to re-roll and those who would prefer to go play PvE rather than babysit on Naggy can do that to. And, there are a lot of people who would in fact welcome the mundane boredom of PvE over playing on Naggy.

A merger is a last resort. I'm glad nobody here is in a position to launch nuclear weapons. :P
