Venekor and Vox can not be merged, they are different rulesets.

One is a RP-PVP server(which doesn't really matter, lets just call it a standard PVP server) the other in a Station Exchange(Livegamer) enabled PVP server.

If any merge take place, it would be Nagafen and Venekor.
