You make this too easy. You really, really need to learn how to read.

I said that I've seen fights where there have been zero procs, not that it never procs.
I said that you encountered Warlocks and Wizards on Naggy that have displacement gear. Congratulations, you just met one of the only casters on Venekor who also has DISPLACEMENT GEAR!!!! Did you read that, or do I have to repeat it for your simple, retarded brain?

What does that mean? He doesn't just have dispersion gear, you know the only gear I can get? He has MUCH, MUCH BETTER! With dispersion gear he gets 33% proc rate which absorbs one attack. (Do you understand what that means?) I hope so, that way I can continue. He also has an item called Soulshattering Band, which has Displacement on it, which gives him an additional 10% chance to proc stoneskin which will absorb two attacks, not one like dispersion, but two attacks.

I hope that wasn't too mcuh for you. If it is, I'll slow down next time. But let me continue. With the Soulshattering Band, and the additional 10% for Displacement, he now has a 43% chance to proc a stoneskin buff, not 33% the majority of the sorceror population will have.

And I'm not positive, but I think he also has a second piece of gear with Displacement on it, but I'll have to inspect him again to see.

So once again you prove how fucking stupid you are.

P.S. Oh, and you still killed him, so you didn't prove a Wizard or Warlock is overpowered, instead you proved how fucking easy it is to play a Monk, especially against a caster. I also noticed that nifty little vile there, and the Final Judgment miracle you scared littly panzy.
