Freeport needs their own Sailors

Seriously, spongy loam prices are still almost twice as high in Freeport as they are in Qeynos. They've gone down some recently but I think we need to have our own version of the Sailors to drive down prices. Maybe call them Pirates or something. So if you see a Freeport bot crew, please dont gank them or help them out if they get ganked. We want cheap spongies too!
