oh please -- bs was empty most of the time. There were a handful of regulars who would camp ww looking for fights. You and gayvdar were not one of them. Sure maybe once in a while u would show up, but to suggest that you were the terror of BS? well I call bs!

U see rt there is the problem. As most non-cheating players know -- you could run around t7 all night long and see maybe a dozen people. maybe some of them were in immunity and certainly not all of them were killable. But this shit dont apply to U I guess cause u so leet. U kill everyone u see and people just running to u to be killed, no evacs, no cliff diving, no nothing. Poplulation not a problem for old gayvdar with his magic math.

man u cant hit paydirt with everything. Afterall Haiku is not for everyone. Its an acquired taste. Hope I dont sound bitter though -- was trying to come off more as "tormented." Oh well. All I can really say is when the monkey is throwing shit at the zoo, sometimes it hits the tourist, sometimes it hits the monkey. Usually funny though.

You are sadly mistaken as one of the "old players" and first 70's so to speak you couldnt go anywhere in KoS without finding a truckload of ppl. The battles for the "basket quests" were epic, I fought karma a lot of times just for the access to PoA.... The server crashed several times on the monolith battles. Impervious and Karma on one side with a mix of other Q's and Chaos, Equinox on the other side with a mix of FP's would fight for those contesteds. I do even recall the massive battles at the docks in SS back when I was trying to farm for cobalt.

If u never knew about that then u are not one of the old players of course all this was around May 2006 or so when the server pop was healthy. A bit after that the exile faction was introduced and the server went to hell due to the fiasco with Exodus.

look no one denies that at the very beginning there was a whole lot of action. But a rising tide lifts all boats. Everybody who was on the server at that time experienced the same thing. And it wasnt just t7 -- there was action everywhere. Personally my favorite zone was Ant -- running back and forth through archers woods looking for questers. track ftw! And not every old timer has left for greener grounds. So if we are looking at total kills for toons on the server -- there should be some relative proportionality. Yet for some of us i.e. shook, well there is no proportionality. he is off the chart in total kills. Way higher then even the next closest person. In fact, the last i checked he was up there with some of the high killers on naggy in total numbers. Now for a vox toon to be presently at naggy lvls, well that just seems plain odd. I'm sure no one really cares, soe certainly doesnt. And he can cheat all he wants as far as i'm concerned. after all this is a game with no rl consequenses. Its like cheating at sollitare -- which i'm sure shook does. So shook if u out there keep racking up those big numbers big guy!

You should bear in mind thou that there has been plenty of raid pvp and is easy to rack up several hundreds kills just in an hour or so. I know cause I have gotten 200-300 kills in one hour or less back when I was playing the brig.

And for all those that played back when antonica was alive, every friday-sat there was a showdown there.... I got over 1k kills on my fury in a week, so shooks number are not that impossible to get. He plays only one toon, compared to others that play several.... so if u compare him to old timers like Gromman with half his kills, u should see that gromann played warlock,bruiser, ranger,troubador, illy and so on.

Besides whats the point of farming kills?

Well the point of farming would be dependent upon the time frame and tier u did it in -- there is/was fame/tokens/writs.

As for ur other point -- sure there were raids and lots of folk engaged in them. And yet only shook has put up the big numbers. He's number 15 on the leaderboard with 17649 kills. He's 7k kills higher then the next closest person on vox. I supose the difference could be accounted for by everybody else who ever raid pvp'd suddenly stopped playing (btw i thought shook hated raid pvp and got all his kills solo?), or maybe shook is just some sort of pvp idiot savaint. Sure maybe its possible for him to have gotten where he is legally, and maybe pigs fly over the frozen tundra in hell.

Well for you to get kills in raid pvp, ur raid has to be the one winning, and when we fought against other raids the majority of the times reckoning was the winner.

Most of reckoning are old players that got fed up with the BS in pvp so they dont go out and pvp, besides the casual raid pvp battles. Most of the reckoning members the old ones have left, and those who are still here have different toons that play depending on what is needed for raids.

So as you can see the difference is not that big... take me for example I have 3k kills on one toon, 3k in another one 2k in another one and so on..... all this without going out to pvp since EoF more or less.

Not saying he hasnt ever farmed kills for faction, which I dont know and plenty of ppl did just to be able to buy the gear, but his kill numbers are not that impossible to get.

i dont think kills since eof and rok would have made much of a serious difference in kill count. Sure there was a big bump with a lot of pvp with rok came out, but i dont remember the same sort of thing happening with eof, I could be wrong, I just dont remember it. And everybody would have benefited from that sort of thing. But hey I dont dispute what ur saying and I think the numbers ur talking about for ur toons are not impossible -- its just odd that shook is so far a head of the rest of the pack. Could he have done it legit? maybe -- the folk on naggy certainly have put up those numbers -- but nobody else on vox has -- thats not odd? Who is he killing over and over again for those numbers? I havent been killed by him lately. I dont recall seeing him out and about much either. I did hear a shout out in the channels about him being in the jungle -- like a ghost he was there and gone. If u are going to say these are mostly pre rok numbers well that only intesifies the mystery. There are only 15 other people in all of pvp-dom that have put up similar numbers -- and they could only do it with rok and on naggy. Anything is possible, just not probable.
