And yes, I'm a scrub in EL. I just joined them, I've been there for a week. I am of Recruit rank. That's how real guilds work.

That's how guild's are run then now huh. Your guild running philosphies sure do change quite a bit within 24 hours. But its okay i think its cute. Now crimson's done with , and your on bazaar, the way THEY do it is right, and the way YOU do it sucks nuts. keep up teh selfbashing =)

The way I attempted to run it was based on the fact that we were on Vox, and the extreme lack of competent raiders. On a server where if someone rage quits, they're easily replaceable, you don't have to tip toe around people's fucking feelings. We as officers of Crimson complained many times that we'd love to have done things differently, but being on Vox, there was no one to replace anyone or fill slots, so we had to deal with what we had.

And if you didn't notice, there were several other officers than me, and another guild leader. Near the end of Crimson, I wasn't running shit because all we did was argue and disagree on everything, and everything I tried to do was disagreed with by almost everyone else.

So yes, I was just as big of a part of Crimson's falling apart as everyone and anyone else was. There are very very few blameless people in the breakdown of that guild. I wish that Vox wasn't such a piece of shit server and I didn't have to start over somewhere else. Having 6/9 crafting classes and 8 level 80's sure was nice.

Why you keep posting like you had a fucking clue what was going on, I have no idea.
