is there a major difference betweek +30 Heal amount and +25 to all healing spells??? thanks =)

mhm, the difference is +5 HP to the initial tick of all of your heals. Theres not much to say more then that.... 5 heal is 5 heal -> its better. I don't recall one beiing ornate so no difference and if i remember right they both have no stats, nodrop anyway so no way to sell it.
