Default ROK raiding

We got to try out a number of the new ROK raid zones including Veeshan's Peak. The new healing spells seem to have a longer recast than the old, and there's a lot of spamming time when nothing is casting, and spamming is what you'll be doing on a number of these guys. I kept looking down at my hotbar wondering wtf. It's like, mobs hit harder and heals heal more..but the timing isn't there anymore. A little getting used to.

Add to that lots of fast curing both in your own group and others for a few of these zones..mobs are much more likely to mez, fear and stifle. Even the trash. I had to readjust my ui just to accomodate a LOT more raid pick and cure kinda stuff.

It was fun to figure out new encounters though, and I think everyones gonna love the new content.

How is the new zones compared to EoF zones in difficulty level? does any of the new raid zone might be even abit easier than EoF zones (like FTH for example)?

Well for Veeshans we were not only lvl 80 full fabled/mastered..they even gave us an aug for each piece of gear..and it was difficult but fun right up until the fourth mob. Then it get insanely hard..and we never did get past him to try out the rest. What is difficult for a full raid of maxed out folk..I would think that would promise to be very very hard to anything less..and thats good, I know a lot of higher end raiders wanted Veeshans to be really rough.

Everything we did in T1 ROK was comparable to a higher end EOF boss fight, yes, and T2..Venril Sathir was..much much harder than any EOF boss I can think of. It's so hard to compare because we were all 80..and I assume guilds will try these lower tier mobs much sooner..so add the difficulty factor to that.

Thank you for info!

As 'EoF bosses' you mean Avatars? Or MMIS/EH/TNT bosses? Do you farm Avatars on Nagafen, or just kill some? (sorry if it sounds harsh, I mean no offence)

The Exile faction guild, Onyx, farms avatars...they are still very difficult for single faction guilds..but the guild that can use both factions does just fine on avatars..and with us all attacking them while they do it too, just to add an extreme challenge. I myself was refering to raid instance bosses, as that is all I personally have experience with on Naggy.
