TC goes to the person who can best improve overall raid performance with that spell, and rarely will that be a Warden. Not because of the usefulness of wardens, that's another argument for another thread (well several), but due to the mechanics of our heals and the nature of damage spells.

That's all true but when in the raid is only 5 healers (some should say it's enough imo 6 is the ideal) and usually on zones when need to figure out the starts etc getting TC on healer is better for the raid then on a wizzy or something.. TC is good on warden especially since i'm not on MT group and i can use only 3 direct heals (and 1 emergency) and i want them to refresh as fast as they can..

most high end guilds ( aka not your guild ) raid with 5-6 healers with no problem a druid is probably the caster that benefits the LEAST from tc of any possible i say again: any illu that gives tc to a warden should be killed.

Highly doubt it would be a 2h since we have a buckler line... but then again we are wardens and this is SOE, wouldnt be the first time they have screwed us

It won't be a two-hander. Although, I really wouldn't mind as long as they made the stats for it appropriate. Originally I hated the idea of Staff of Unending Growth being a two-hander, but its worth it so who cares.

TBH if your guild is running 5 healers, you shouldn't be one of them and your about 20-24th in line for TC 95% of the time.

I bet you all a dollar the warden epic will improve the buffs of all other priests by 25% as long as the warden is sitting out of the raid.
