In all honestly i just needed someone to flame on today, with no rhyme or reason. These piece of shit gwalnax faction quests that everyone thinks are for epics, the fucking names don't spawn for about 5 hours a piece, everyone needs their own fucking update, not to mention you get grouped with people who don't listen worth a shit end up taking like 40 deaths. So fuck yeah some flamming did me some fucking good. And when it's all said and done and the gwalnax faction has nothing to do with epics, i'll prolly be even more pissed off.

On a serious note...

I wanted to know the cap myself since (not that I looked hard) I couldn't find a credible source on whether it was 50% base initial tick, 50% base entire spell, 100% base entire spell or 100% base initial tick (and I'm too lazy to play with gear and spells figuring it out). Not, mind, so I could go out of my way to cap it, but so I'd know when it was futile to take more -- some of the possbilities would leave the cap fairly low, after all, and I hate going out of my way to get things that won't provide an actual bonus. (Did I mention I'm lazy?) But with the cap so retardedly high, it gives me lots leeway, so yay for knowing that.

Of course, knowing means I should quit slacking and redo a lot of the adorns on my gear. Hmm. :/

Sarcasm has failed. Oh well. Well i can't figure out how the fuck the code works either.

But if i take my initial spell, + the wild regeneration, and otherwise be completely naked. Then equip my + to healing gear, my photosynthesis more than doubles.

However i didn't bother with my other two single target spells to check and see, nor have i gotten rid of wild regeneration to check anything, i am not paying 10 plat to respec again. Did that when i got my mirror and that's it for me.

Right now i'm just working on getting the +3% heal crit adornments, once i get some rok gear to back it up. But either way wardens are still fucked as healers, and out of all the classes if you had to drop one from the raid the warden class would be the most reasonable out of the rest. Gah it feels dirty knowing that even a mystic has a more open spot on a raid then you do.

But basically another spell proving that it's about 100% of the spell not 50%.

And I guess if i could get enough + to healing to test my aoes i would lol. Anyways, patch is tomorrow yay for epic weapons. And I guess we all got to learn a little something today.

Phay is an idiot for sure, but at least one thing i agree with him: having +1k to heals and having crappy gear with no utility is pointless.

Agility line only effects Photosynthesis & Healstorm.

Grand Florescene definetly caps out at 50%
Sylvan Bloom definetly caps out at 50%

I'm thinking, although I haven't fully tested that Photosynthesis only goes past 50% because it takes Wild Regeneration into account for each tick, even though it actually only does something for the first.

Oh, and don't be stupid. If you want to test how much +to healing a spell can take, use a lower fucking tier spell.

You're right though man, that Phay guy, fucking moron. Even though I'm pretty sure I've proved you all wrong time and time again and will continue to do so.
