This old thread came across my attention again and well its out of date. For one It seems in recent times Spores is calculated differently for one. Secondly the new TSO AAs mod heal caps further so I thought I'd update the list slightly.
These numbers are with Master spells and full on TSO heal AA lines (the individual heal AAs plus in Heal Stance.) and I also included wearing the T2 Legendary shoulders (+8% heal)
(I don't normally run my +heal this high as it butchers my heal crit but i was able to hit some caps I wouldn't have otherwise. Capped values will be Bold and I'll have the +heal necessary in red.
Sylvan Bloom - 1583 - 1935 and 126 - 154/sec +829 - +1013
Grand Florescence - 2775 - 3143 and 157 - 192/sec +1553 - (+1960ish)
Photosynthesis - 2475 - 2658 and 698 - 854/1.5sec (at least +1970ish)
Tide of Healing - 1714 - 2095 and 193 - 236/sec +1329 - +1626 (with the TSO Fabled 2 set bonus which does mod this +20%)
Healstorm - 1309 - 1478 and 738 - 902/1.5sec (at least +2210ish)
Spores - 669 - 755 and 167 - 205/2sec +1506 - (1845ish)
under 50% - 837 - 959 and 335 - 409/2sec
And just for the heck of it the emergency heals (at least what I have)
Sylvan Touch - 1412 and 191/tick +1176
Sylvan Embrace - 1096 - 1340 and 172 - 210/tick +1089 - +1335
I checked these with +1650 heal so amounts above that are estimates. Also note Tide, Healstorm, Spores and the emergency heals only have a return of +1 actual heal amount for every 3 points of +heal.
With the current trend I think SoE wants to inhibit too much +heal even though we can clearly go further than current gear allows. SoE seems to have us working to max out heal crit and then use substantial heal crit multipliers to bang out the huge heals. IMO its adequate to have yourself in the 1100-1200 area for most day to day business.
