Icon14 AA question - Wild Regeneration

So, what exactly does this do, before I put points into it! The description is less than ellucidating to me, cause I can read it a couple of ways. I get the +3% to the initial pulse, thats pretty obvious, but the -0.25 seconds duration - that sounds like I am getting fewer tics of regen?? I'm pretty sure as this is the 4th down the line, its suppose to be something like -0.25 between pulses or something, so I get the same # of tics, just over a shorter time, but that is not what the text says exactly.

Thanks!

It's means if you are take full 8 points the spell duration is going down to 8s instead of 10s, and the ticks themselvs are bigger and coming more faster.. it's a line every druid should have imo.

If you read it carefully then you will understand that while it has a shorter duration there will still be 5 healing ticks. They will just occur more closely together because 8secs/5ticks is 1.5 secs. Also, the intial tick is larger in healing amount.
