It can definetly pull mobs you aren't engaged with, although Fireflyte seems to disagree with me! It only triggers if you are engaged with a mob, aka "in combat" the problem is if you are at a distance from a mob you are engaged with, and there is a non-aggro mob near you that you aren't engaged with, if Infusion triggers, it will pull it.

I might be off yeah.. but 14 doesn't sounds right though.. when i didn't had my epic and i used infusion and espeically trigger it with group heals i saw it draining quite a lot of power.

Got self buffed 10.6k power btw.

for me at lvl 80 it says 98 power each trigger.

98 power is the cost to cast the spell, not the trigger cost.

And the reason it does more hits with a group heal is because it triggers per cast (every single person a group heal hit counts as a cast, this is important because it affects other things like the epic, and reactive stuff that some mobs cast on you). So you can cast your heat / cold ward, and your group cure as well to get even more triggers off.
