It's not worth putting 8 in it unless you plan to solo a whole lot, but when you level from 70 to 80 you'd be doing almost all solo anyways, so its worth it for that streach. Once you hit 80 tho I'd respec and get some other things instead depending on what you plan to do.

Why do I have to solo from 70-80? I'll fully expect that I'm gonna be able to duo with my buddy all the way. That why we bought the game. Not much fun in soloing if you ask me, and definetly not for 10 straight levels.

Hehe don't worry, duoing from 70-80 is good, especially with a nice high but slightly squshy DPS buddy. What people mean about the last ten levels is that it is basically all quested XP there are no instances to grind in until you get nearer the 80 cap and a lot of people are not as lucky as you to have an xp buddy and have to solo it.

As for the AA, get the lovely Aelfgifu in CoW to make you a respec mirror and you can try out a new set up and have your old one saved to switch between. Just tell him that Flooz sent you and that he should knit harder!

Best pet I've charmed as a mostly solo warden in the Kunzar Jungle is the Vespids. All of them use a Swarm, summoning 5 dumbfire Vespids.

I cannot express how pleased I become when I see the mob's I'm fighting get mugged and raped by 6 Vespids, each dumbfire hitting for 360-450 and the Main pet hitting for roughly 1k a strike.

Vespids, nice to know. I'll be in KJ next and can hardly wait to try em. Charming has made ROK fun for me. Even when I am lucky enough to duo, I find a good pet.

JW has the cats for more dps and the rhinos for more hps. imo, grab the cats.

and even if you dont go down agi for the charm, you should go down it for the AE heal upgrade and tortise shell. i dunno how useful tortiseshell will be till you at least start doing instances tho.

as far as charming goes, you have to drop two of your conc req buffs. those are Aspect of the Forest (wis/pwr buff), Essence of the Polar Bear (hp, ele mit buff), Master of the Wild (wis/agi buff) and Armor of Seasons (mag/phys mit buff). explore which ones you wanna leave off and which ones you feel like keeping. i usually drop Essence of the Polar Bear and Armor of Seasons. The mit buffs arent really substantial enuf and I have no trouble keeping the pet healed. regens ftw.
