So..I've recently been sort of surprised and kind of dismayed when talking to some priests at level 80 about this. I find in more cases than not, the priest "never used 'em, doesn't have 'em hotbarred, doesn't plan to..and you can't make me".
I do use them, and have found having them to be situationally very helpful from time to time. I also kind of view it as a priest 'thing'. On 3 different healers: Templar, Defiler and Warden, I find that I use them often. They don't always save the day - but the times that they do..they REALLY save it.
Warden Reformation AA's seem to me to be relatively helpful. (Relative to: most of our aa's could use some love..I don't think we have anything horribly uber). But that said, it seems to me in a tougher raid zone or even VP with a decent but not horribly uber raid force, you'd need every possible thing you could get that might help.
We get this ability around..what? Level 30? How could someone be a level 80 and have never used it? Especially newer Wardens that don't have the excuse of remembering back when we called it "Nature's Extra Repair Bill" because it only saved the tank enough to let him die twice. I have had newer Wardens tell me "oh..it doesn't work. I read about it." But have never really used it themselves, or even done tough enough things with bad enough groups to warrant learning how.
I'm asking for thoughts and opinions on this ability - specifically for the Warden AA line. Do you guys use this a lot? What about raiding Wardens? Necessary or kind of extra 'nice to have, but..'?
Thoughts?
Thanks in advance
