Most of the Wardens are probably spec Infusion by this point. Basically, Tortoise Shell is situational at best (and really only REQUIRED if your raid leaders have a hard on for Tortoise Shell and actually use is as a part of a strat). Serenity is nice for some fights (Trakanon, Byzola, some avatars) but again is definetly not required and will not really be the deciding factor whether your raid wins or not. I recently spec out of Tortoise Shell myself in favor of Serenity and I dont think I'll look back unless Shell is required for some specific mob my guild feels I need to respec for.
The popular 'full healing' spec still includes both Serenity and Tortoise Shell, but for the majority of the Wardens playing finishing out Sta and Agi is really optional and dependent upon your guild / raid leaders more than anything. It goes without saying everyone is still at least spec 4 4 4 8 in both STA and AGI for the heal crits and Wild Regeneration, but a lot of us have either dropped Tortoise Shell, Serenity, or both in favor of more overall useful AAs.
It is my opinion that out of all the AA's available to a druid, Infusion and Wild Regeneration are the only must haves. It is without a doubt one of my #1 sources of outgoing dps and on the harder fights it is often times the ONLY source of my dps outside of Velium Frost and Nature's Pack which always dies instantly anyways. If you have never tried out an Infusion spec it is something I highly recommend. It is an easy, free, no brainer way to contribute DPS while performing our primary role.
