Default Are we still broken?

I havn't managed to grind all of the new AAs yet (I know I'm a slacker) but the additions/changes do look promising so far. Does it just seem like we got a lot of lovin because anything is more than we have had since....well ever or have they actually made a difference to the warden class?

In practice, will we still have a place in a raid on mobs that have been killed a few times or will I be looking for main change in a couple of months?

I'm curious to see what those of you that are raiding with 200 AAs think.

The crit mit buff we get is really nice for breaking content... but thats it... and that's where wardens have always been... with the new aa's we can do some decent dps as well, parsing around where other good dps healers / bards parse with the right groups ect. But once things are dead I dont see us beeing all that important for a raid compared to before.

We are slightly better off than we were before. My guild actually legitimately has two wardens on our roster, but ultimately we are still druids and when push comes to shove at the end of the expansion when guilds aren't having to over heal to win anymore we, just like our fury counter parts, will end up sitting out a lot.

HOWEVER.... This is all PRE GU 51
Once GU 51 hits and aggro / transfer changes are made I see the main tank group changing to one of three setups.
Double bard, double chanter, or three healer
How your guild decides to run MT group after the aggro and hate changes might decide whether you are sitting at the end of the expansion or not.

I've ready through both of your gear faqs, and it brings me to this question. can we gear ourselves to be mana batteries? Or are there too many limitations that wouldn't make it a viable load out. Is there enough gear/effects out there to pump our never ending power to our group mates dependably?

Absolutely. Warden mana batteries are entirely possible. I have a gear set designed to fill in for a power regen. When geared properly, we can rival illusionists and coercers for power return to the group.

Procs to wear in this order of priority
1 Mana Leak
2 Displacement / Dispersion
3 Pond Wash
4 Replenishing Heal

Yeah, add a full set of DPS gear, tinkered items and all the potions etc that you need to bring to raids, you'd be better off with

Summon Pet Transit Van (Master I)

It's very viable. I used to do this on Byzola all the time and still do on certain other fights. However, if power drains are involved, be sure to have hearts/shards, manastones, power roots, and signets handy cuz if you get too many mana leak procs and too few epic procs in a row while low on power, you can run yourself dry.
