I would wager that only need 60% heal crit b/c of buffs. Most raid forces have assigned groups, so Leeta might have the benefit if a Coercer and Dirge in their group. Just guessing. Buffs would push 60% to around 80% ( I think).

For raids your goal should be to come self buffed around 80-90% heal crit and as much + healing as possible with that crit. Warden's are spam healers so crit. healing on each of those spam heals is huge. Rarely in a heavy healing situation are you going to have your heals tick off the entire HoT, so your initial heal amount is important thus making heal crit / + healing huge. Also with the new TSO stuff you will want to look for + to base heal amount etc.

When I show to raid I am running 90% ish heal crit , + healing 800-1000. This is with 200 AA, all fabled gear. Keep in mind these stats vary slightly based on raid zones and particular mobs.

120%+ in raids. i swap my heal crit gear out for spell crit when in raids now as i don't need the melee crit or DA gear either.

I spend most of my time in Str, Agi, Int because anyone who has that much heal crit self buffed is just wasting AA with Sta line unless there is a fight that specifically calls for the use of serenity or serene symbol. There are very few of those fights in game so for almost all of the content you should start dropping out of Sta line if youve over 93% heal crit self buffed

33% cast reduction

5 TSO pieces (no chest or legs)... Trak chest, Levi legs (weaksauce)
