As the title, couldn't find this answer via search.

1. Does Natural Boon (group heal chance on melee hit AA) trigger the Int end ability Infusion (which nukes a random nearby mob on healing)?
2. Will only directly cast heals trigger infusion and not item procs?
3. I assume only the first tick of any heal triggers Infusion, and not all ticks?

Appreciate if anyone can answer some/all of those.

Put simply, procs can't proc other procs. So no, procing Natural Boon won't proc Infusion, neither will Overloaded Heal, etc. And yes, when you cast heal, Infusion will only proc once for that heal.

However, keep in mind that group heals proc Infusion for every person the heal lands on. So in a group, you can get a fair bit out of casting Tide of Healing following your CAs, etc. Healstorm will do the same, but takes so long to cast, that it's only worth it if you have a long delay 2hander (ie. Thex Mallet) and everything else is down (Including all your other heals, except Heiro because it's gay).

There is a simple EQ2 mechanics constant that applies to 99% of the gear and spells. If one can remember this you will never have to ask stupid questions like this on the forums again.

So is it safe to assume that Natural Boon can't get heals off the double-attacks of Wild Ferocity too then.

Whoa whoa whoa, this heal is pretty slick if you need to go take a leak or something.

It's actually kinda nice in some circumstances though, encounters with long or timed stifles, stuns, etc.

Double attacks no longer check procs. They killed that back in EOF if I remember.

Only the initial swing can proc an item or an AA.
