IDK for sure. Larry or someone who crunches numbers can say if this is a serious problem or not, but it doesn't 'seem' like one. It says I have a 50% chance to proc a power return, but if I'm healing like I usually heal, and with a power regen class in my group, I'm thinking the impact isn't too bad?
You really don't need 100% power all the time. If it's less than that, its ok - as long as I don't have to fight for power like we used to have to at level 20, or even level 50. If my Manastone starts looking good again, I'll be pissed.
Wont' really be able to try it out till tomorrow, but am watching this thread to see what the verdict is.
