Default Arent Warden heals going to be Reactives??

I heard that SOE is gonna make Warden heals into reactives. Is this true?

Heal over time spells will not tick if the target is full health. They will store the amount not healed, and "carry it over" til the next tick. Each time repeat this process. At the end of the spell if any is left over it will "Spill out" onto someone in the group who may require a heal.

As far as I am aware (and I could be out of date) it is only planned. I haven't seen anything formal from SoE. If anyone has, I'd be grateful for a link.

Obviously this applies to Furies too. You probably meant druids when you said Wardens, so just to clarify really.

Latest official work I know of is this post Aeralik made very recently (below). He says (you can read the context below): "The new hot just helps...." The new hot? The new hot? By "hot" did he mean the heal over time mechansim, so whatever is new would apply generally to them all? Or just to some new heal that's a hot, a new hot? Probably the former, but who knows. ;) I leave you with that heh. Anyway, here's what he said (i don't have a link, but iirc it was in "druids need help" thread in general priest on sony forums):

aeralik: The hots are just one portion of the overall problem that we are looking into and it is most definitely not the solution. The solution is a mix of things. The new hot just helps to deal with the problem of essentially falling third in line with how damage is dealt with. Hitpoints are already added internally for when the balance pass goes live. Other things are being looked into like group curing of all ailments similar to what the inquisitor epic does now as well as significant cure line adjustments. Other things are being looked into as well such as undesirable abilities and making sure they are useful again.

Overall, its mostly pretty straightforward for the priests where we tackle many of the larger concerns. The biggest concern though is making sure each priest is desirable and I believe the changes accomplish that.
