I know I added up my FT items (including SoB) and I think I came out to 19 or so. Before I stopped playing (two GU's ago) you could stack the FT to 23 before it didn't make a difference.

Put AAs into SoB and you will come out to 19.5 from SoB alone...

Yep, I'm working on it. SoB is too good of a spell to not pump it up.

I also believe that regen is a joke now. I can do any fight for just about as long as i need to say 30 minutes or longer if i had to and i hardly ever have any issue with power at all. the only thing i have for regen really is my SOB. no worn items with it on. I also try not to ever use hearts and shards and i never use pots. Everything i have is power proc and power proc is godly. Mayong hat is godly.
Dont worry about regen its pointless now. Just look for things with power procs. Like MO chest, the hammer from 3 Prince and Contested mayong hat. stuff like that can keep you in power for ever. I dont use the hammer anymore though but its still a nice item
