'member that to maximize yur dps as a warden, you need Infusion from the INT line and a maxed STR line as well. Combine that with the poop melee line in EoF and you get 6 combat arts, 75% crits, 40% double attack, and a moderate damage reverse proc on beneficial spells.

So you get a relatively slow weapon (3-5 second delay), couple it with a good haste item and dps adornment, and then you spam combat arts inbetween melee swings, and then spam fast casting group spells (group heal, exaltation (sp?), sandstorm, group cure) inbetween melee swings when combat arts are down (this will proc infusion for each member of the group hit by the group spell)

With that kind of spec, why don't you just reroll a real DPS class, it seems thats what you want to be.

The most I've parsed on Asria is 1.5k - that was in the supergroup on 2nd floor in EH in the supergroup with Zerker, Inq, Dirge, Illusionist. I wholeheartedly admit that I'm rotten at melee DPS; any time I make the parse is a bonus for me. Anytime I feel the urge to get on the parse race I play my necro.

I couldn't give up my heal crits, no way no day. I'm spec'd Str 8/4/8/7/1 Sta 4/4/4/8... I haven't seen the changes for wardens on test, though.

Maxed crit and maxed disruption + 3 hostile procing items on in MT group i was parsing 600+ in lyceum. So, I can do better as time goes on, I'm in all KoS fabled now except a few elusive jewlery spots.

After some helpful asskicking from Phay, I am able to do quite alot better on the DPS parse. I mainly sit in MT group, but for EH trash I can sometimes coerce the lead to put me in a melee group. On 3rd floor if I really try I can hit 1000 now, with no healing. In Lyceum last night I was hitting 600 and still 3rd on heal parse, so that is satisfactory.

I am not overly concerned with my raid DPS, but for trash mobs it is fun for me to challenge myself to get a higher number, though it so little effects overall raid DPS. However, when all of our healers are on their game we collectively parse 4600-5300, which makes overall DPS look pretty awesome. Difference between 24K and 31K is nice.

What I am more excited about after my respec to STR was my soloing ability. I have only basic gear for STR so I buff that with potions and food/drink. However, I can easily solo some T7 zones (Nest, most of Acad.). This makes me happy that I don't have to rely on a PUG to play when guildies are not on. Also makes the loot rolls 100% in my favor, which I really love.
