Every priest is just as responsible for curing in my opinion. Wardens have faster cast so it makes it slightly less inconvenient for them but still all the healers should be on the ball for curing, mages too.

Warden heals don't do anything for a tank until the tank gets damaged past the Wards, then Reactives. Druids have more time to throw up cures since their need to throw heals is behind the other two, IMO. Everyone should be trying to cure as much as possible, but the nature of how we heal lends to being good at curing. Situations can be different based on the encouner but...
