Warden

Tranquility now heals if there aren't any hostile effects dispelled. The heal amount was increased.

This orphan has had quite a fun history to watch over the past year and a half. They have tinkered and tinkered with this spell until they've now - finally - made it worth putting on my hotbar, which I did just recently. Remember when it was a 3 second cast and healed a tiny bit? Someone didn't play a Warden ;-)

Anyway, kudoes on this.

From a PvE point of view the change seems to very positive.
PvP wise Its been especially useful since the cure nurfs , especially with Troubs and Mezzers more popular than ever

Has anyone taken the AA that speeds up the recast on this? if so, how much faster does it cast? 45second ?

you can knock 15 sec off of it through AAs
(45 sec fully specced)

1 min to 45 seconds, its a pretty amazingly amazing spell now. M1 tooltip is 708 healed, pretty strong.
