I <3 instinct (as a swashy)

On orange mobs I'm at roughly 82% without it, 93% with it...Yeah I'd say thats a pretty big DPS increase. Maybe when I get fully geared in +skill gear it won't matter, but for the upcoming months I see no reason why it is taking so much heat.

I'd be willing to keep Instinct if they made it a friggin group buff...cause hey, that'd be an offensive buff that'd go along with our meleeing specced ass.

Or give us a heritage quest where we get PotC from EQ1. It'd give us the defensive buff we'd be looking for and *GASP* utility on a friggin raid... for once. 'Cause you know, we're supposed to be the "defensive" druid and all.

You sir, are full of shit. There is no way you are at 82% hit-rate with or without Instinct against high-orange mobs. If you are, then 99% of people in this game are doing something completely different than you, and are barely managing above 70% hit-rate, even with Instinct.

Please, shut the fuck up and learn what people mean by hit-rate, it isn't your CAs hit-rate, it is your auto-attack, and ONLY your auto-attack's hit-rate.

Who the hell said High Orange? I'm talking the Yha-lei disciples in Chamber of Destiny. You know, the 85 ones, unless you were specifying lvl 87+. In which case, yeah, I'm probably not at 80% hit rate.

Add: Jesus christ, I'm not even fucking equipped well, and I'm able to hit 79.59% to hit% on those mobs. I'm talking fucking basic EoF shit. (I took a break before we got past Gardener in EH). Are you fucking serious with how defensive you got? Jesus christ you need to calm the fuck down and learn to fucking hit a mob instead.

HAHAHAH thats all you can come up with? Since I pretty much owned your other argument you gotta be all tough guy. I'm not going to go sifting through my other parses to find when I had a warden in my group, I remember being impressed with how much the buff helped, thats the only fuckin reason I remembered in the first place.

Don't let me piss in your cheerios though, im sure you're really good.

You have no idea what class I play, nor do you even understand simple game mechanics. Nobody gives a fuck about level 85 mobs and hit-rates. Everybody knows those hit-rates are just fine. Now, let's take a look at where hit-rates go to shit(86 and beyond). And then compare how much having a 400 to a 500 +weapon skill does. Good news, it adds about 3% hit-rate chance going from around 50% to 53%. I'm glad about that, tbh!

simple game mechanics? You said against a fucking orange mob and then I tell you that I can hit 80% on orange mobs, you say im fucking horrible, and have no idea what im takling about, I show you, then you decide to add that caveat that they gotta be 86+...great fucking work sherlock.

which for a normal person that isn't completely fucking mentally handicapped would be 72-75%...I'll test it out and get back to ya.

Back to OP, I would let the buff consolidation issue slide if buff targets persisted (and the buffs didn't need to be constantly recast) through death. That's a gamewide solution I think everyone would benefit from. Because this shit of throwing 15-20 different icons up on a warden after every death is far far beyond fucking old.
