Sorry about Hijacking the thread for a bit, haven't slept all night, and being told Im full of shit, and that I need to STFU and learn what to hit % means kind of rubbed me the wrong way...imagine that.
Honestly I don't doubt that the hit rates drop on 86+ mobs, as they should, but I don't see why that works against wardens in the slightest?

Just did the math on DPS gains (for Swashbucklers) with +3% and +10% on to hit%, disregarding all procs, inspiration, poisons etc etc etc.
for 3% its 23.4 DPS increase
for 10% its 78 DPS increase
I'm too lazy to do all the proc's and ish, which I'm sure would drive that # up considerably, if I get the energy to do it I will in a lil bit.
With the pure melee though it's pretty damn negligible, even with 10%.
