No that would mean only 1 is hitting you for 1k, hence it not stacking.

It's a much needed nerf considering you could just destroy choke points by casting the same spell over and over with classes that have been FOTM since launch.

ok sorry if im being dense here, are you saying BW A walks up and casts RoF hits crowd for whatever damage then BW B casts his RoF ..it wont hit? i havent had time to play in a while so im not up on things.

It's not in game yet but how it's supposed to work is only 1 RoF will hit in that area.

Correct. They cannot stack them in the same spot.
