I've seen alot of M1s on the broker for ridiculous prices. I've found that what works well is sending in-game mail with an offer for the spell. Most people seem to put m1s up there for 100p because they're not sure how much they're worth; if you leave them some mail and give them time to think about it you'll get it cheaper than negotiating with them up-front. I got Encase M1 for 55p that was listed at 150p, and a Chaostorm for 40p that was listed at 120p.
It seems like all the level 76+ M1s are becoming common because the drops from raid mobs are finally hitting the market. The sub-76 are tougher to find. And of course apoc/aura/distort/acid rain because they're special.
