I could be on drugs or something but I think propagation has been nerfed.

Im sure my cloak of unrest would proc 3 timers per minute before last patch its now on 2.5 my orb of the invoker used to be 3.3 times is now on 2.7 etc

can anyone else have a look at there gear and let me know if its the drugs im on

mine shows up the same as always. most likely a display bug. try just rebuffing.
