AA PVP, Which one first.

Just picked up Manashield at lvl 28, what should I head in for now? 10 in Magi shiled? Focused Casting? Str? What is going to benefit the most now? I can respec later when I need to..

Focused casting for sure. Manashield + focused casting is how you will win most fights.

Is most of your pvp going to be solo, or in groups? If in groups, i would say explosions, the radius increases are essential to hitting as many players as possible. If solo, str line for catalyst, keeping a crit apoc primed and ready is your best opening nuke.

Manashield 4/4/6/8/1 -> Focus Casting (max all but encase) -> AGI 4/4/6/8/1 -> STR 4/4/4/8..Throw extra points into parry.

Then work your way down explosives line IMO so you can max out apoc.

Why on earth would he want to max everything but encase on the hastenings line for pvp?

Because it's worthless. Your stun/root immunities are on same timer and your always going to root before you stun. My personal preference really, I'd rather throw the extra points into the propagation line and explosives.
