Anybody else still having problems with proc rates?
So I had an awesome time napping in CoD last night. I was able to pick up the loot I wanted Worm Tooth Blade. After I got it and slapped an adornment on it I went out to test it. Shit was just not procing for me. I switched back to my old weapon wrath and saw all my proc rates change.
Why is our proc rate tied into the delay of our weapon negatively? I'm bugging this at the moment because I don't think it's right, but if it has always been this way feel free to flame.
The difference was huge depending on the delay. With my wrath I was sitting at 3.1 times per minute for Robe of alkabor and with my new worm tooth blade I was sitting at 2.2
It doesn't affect percentages just times per minute. I'd recommend picking up a 1.2 delay kris for max proc rates ;)
