Goto Seb, and ae farm the non heroic Frogs there. They have the highest drop rate of the reflective shard I've seen.

I've got a question... how do you farm fraction with outside sebellian residents in a shortest way?

Shortest or easiest way ? Shortest- I'd say do all the heroic quest in sebilis. Easiest way is to grab the 3 repeat able quest and do them at the same time. After a few heroic it took me like 30 runs doing all 3 to get 40k. Each run takes about 10 minutes from pick up to turn in. Took me about 10 hours total but i was on pvp and would often get distracted.

grinding the OuterSeb quests can be a headache. I lost two titles just doing my faction quests out there. But the dispersion is worth it IMO. I feel like I can tank a raid with manashield.
