The starting NPC is in..............?????!!!!!!! Hmmmm I guess we just go fly and run around with the map up till we see a quest highlight show up!? Check all the logical places first, but make sure to find it before i get home! lol

Starter is in EFP inn in the fireplace (building beside the docks where the mailbox is)

Step 2.... Yeah this is crazy. Checked around in SQ/NQ, lots of Freeport (Big Bend, EFP. Ughh. What do we know for sure? It talks about Everling Village. I would think it's gotta be in Nek but....

Hey guys....the first part to find the guy is in TS...At (1345 -2 -85)and for next part...Its in nek castle...a book in the Library (glows up)

Then SQ 516,-9,132 to fight single up guy and back to RoV.

Then nek forest directly behind nek castle. A level 80 single up spawns.
