Ug, that sucks hardcore. TBH 4% on something like tandem is decent but not earth shattering.

To the best of my knowledge this AA line has always worked like this. The only thing to the contrary was the text description on the line.

If anything this game is full of text that's been entered improperly.

One would think it would make more sense to correct the text, then to alter the mechanic.

tbh, I wouldn't have called it overpowered at all. It added some nice utility to us that was a bonus for us and our group members.

If you're salty about this it's because you're ignorant of either the text description (whose author went out of his way to say it doesn't affect items), the ripple effects involving powerful proc buff items, or both.
