absolution is doing same as distortion is doing. Armageddon is doing about 5k a tick...seen a couple 6k's

netherbeast was doing about 2-3% of ZW up to milyex in VP. so in actuality netherbeast is actually worth casting now.

what the weapon is designed to do is up our single target a little bit but allow us to be at our full potential in AE fights(which atm there arent many) but thats what it's designed for.

This was my damage spread on the mob in the first room on right in PR.

I was not in mage group, so dmg might not mean anything to some people.

Parse was 5425dps if you want to figure out what each spell did in dps.

Netherbeast was only cast once and lasted full duration doing a total of 14544dmg from a 1.5s cast time ability.

This was on a yellow mob... will work on a vp mob in a sec for comparison.

This is the damage distribution on a firedrake sentry in VP.

Dps was 5784

Netherbeast was 5% in vp doing total damage of 14460.

Shorter cast time than Distortion and doing same damage.

Only thing you need to watch out for is aoes, wait until after the opening aoe on certain mobs and let the swarms fly.
