Dehah,

Ahh I think I see it now, again I think its semantics. Is your "base damage" listed in steps 1-4 is more like the intrinsic damage the spell does? Like before base mods like choker/brainstorm, which is a different value. I really like how your model easily explains how crits and base damage mod compound with each other. My only issue with your algrorithm is that it dictates that crits increase the SD cap/amount, when in practice it does not.
